We did return to Colonial Williamsburg yesterday and enjoyed the day. Everyone we encountered, from the ticket agents to the "actors" were dedicated to making it a memorable experience. We were allowed to upgrade the tickets we purchased Saturday and then were given a retroactive homeschool discount (because I had not asked for one before). It is one of the best "field trips" we have ever done.
If you have checked the spot today, you'll see that we are heading north. Today's destination is Mt Vernon. The next couple of days start early and end late as we have been given reservations for certain tours in DC (you don't get to pick your tour times), but we will try to post as we can.

We had such a great time visiting with you all on Thursday. Glad you enjoyed the Atlantic and Colonial Williamsburg, it is a wonderful place to visit! We hope you enjoy your time in and around DC. Hope Noelle is feeling better and everyone else stays well. Safe travels!
